What is POLYWOOD furniture made of?
POLYWOOD is constructed of genuine ocean-bound and landfill-bound plastic. Our proprietary HDPE material is durable, weather-resistant, and designed to withstand all four seasons without splintering, cracking, or rotting.
Does the furniture require seasonal maintenance like staining or painting?
No. POLYWOOD furniture never needs to be painted, stained, or waterproofed. The color is infused throughout the material with UV-inhibitors to prevent fading, requiring only occasional cleaning with soap and water.
How long does shipping take for made-to-order items?
Standard shipping times vary by product line. Quick Ship items typically leave our facility within 3-5 business days, while custom color combinations or large sets may take 2-4 weeks for production and fulfillment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Does POLYWOOD furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 20-year residential warranty and a 3-year commercial warranty that protects against structural failure, splintering, and rotting.
Is assembly required for your outdoor sets?
Some assembly is required for most of our products to ensure safe shipping. We provide easy-to-follow instructions and the necessary hardware in every box, and many items can be assembled in under 15 minutes.
