We want you to love your outdoor space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard POLYWOOD furniture orders. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items in their original packaging for a refund minus applicable shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack the Furniture

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original shipping box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of each box being returned.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for larger patio sets.
